Migrated laborers- an entity, a driving force for production as well determining relationship among people in an available social fabric, enabling economic evolution or revolution of production, equally an inevitable condition for the existence of the working force.
But, all these transition or transformation, having an untold story of struggles and adaptation for co –existence.
The bees in the hive are in the process of making honey, and the process has veiled with a sordid tale of sacrificing, dedication of making honey, an epitome of producing a qualitative and quantitative synergy, destruction and construction, a duality in persistence, paving the way for a glittering rendition, and a shining testimony of existence, bears the process of a changing phenomenon, though inevitable, but manifest as an accidental occurrence in the nature.
Process of evolution, a peaceful continuation, being confronted with disruption, an utter change or overhauling the existing system, replacing the former with the new methodology, known as revolution.
Quantitative and qualitative changes, paved the way to emerge a new species in a given time, a new matter, having a historical background in the existing social fabric, unlike the phenomenon of changes in the nature, where time and space being equally deduced as matter. A synthesis, not an easy process to translate, as it appears as a complex design, an extrapolation, required supreme intellectual propensity to comprehend, which only human beings possess. It is though not discerningly available in normal human spectrum, and consequently, we can evidently realize, how human beings are supreme comparing to all living beings in this planet.
Inclusive and exclusive features- important elements help to evolve a social fabric- where the consequence is tentative, experimental and abstract in manifold manifestations.
A story of an entrepreneur, where a risk of failing galore, having courage and strength to combat and adapt with the pain of failures. Alone took stride to explore which could be ruinous. Risk factors could be gauged in accordance with the quantum of capital being invested.
A laborer, after being engaged for six months in agricultural produce, being forced to migrate in other area, as there is lack of man-days owing to technological implements. He is forced to work in factories, or real estate or other service related industry to eke out. Risk for losing physical and mental ability owing to chemical pollution in the industry he is engaged with, may having possibilities to make him physically morbid or impaired perpetually. Aspiring for making substantial money to procure a small amount of land to produce own agrarian product to eke out with dignity, and if possible, he would be emerging as with a qualitative and quantitative changing persona, converting himself in to a new species, utterly different from his previous state, and adding complexity to an available social fabric.
Now, the competition, jealousy, animosity eventually unfolds with admiration, fervor and affinity too. These all are abstract qualities which add new dimension and interest to the society. All these tendencies of changes are basically aiming to focus on market and its expansion, intending to garner more profits and wealth.
Whosoever is not capable to adapt with this rudimentary trend of changing, have to be obliterated, and a new one is continuously replacing the former one, ensuring more profits, the fundamental condition of existence.
If one is the struggling patient in the dying condition, with an inexplicable pain, other one is in the fetus of a mother, struggling to see the light of this planet, bearing the pain with a new hope to reign, an unpredictable external condition, intending to confront with, for a new gain.
Since inceptions of human civilization, when human were primates, they were food gatherers. They learn climbing for acquiring foods as well to protect from wild beasts. But, water, the primary source of human existence, induced them to reach out to water bodies to quench their thirst. But, peril was waiting in the water to catch their prey, like crocodiles and other reptiles. On the other hand, in the land also fierce animals were a severe threat. Observing these impending disasters, they resorted to stones as their initial weapons to protect themselves from these detriments. Later, they resorted to caves as their safe haven. However, from the confronting disaster, the reflections produce by nature in their minds, enable them to disintegrate their process from matter. Thus, thought eventually emerged as a matter too, which enabled the civilization to gain momentum. Geography and demography, both played as a fundamental condition, intricately related with disruption as well migration, giving us a momentum with a magnitude. Disruption and migration thus, considered as a both side of the same coin. Time and space is also a matter, gives us the mobility to thrive. Humanity thus ushered us to become champion in this planet.
We all are searching for peace and harmony as we are going through a phase of unrest and doldrums, which is causing a severe blow to humanity. But, unfortunately we are being caught in the vortex of change, where we are revolving and evolving spirally, following the primitive design of nature. In the fetus, our initial shape is not at all identifiable to be emerging as a human. We are just like a mound, having no definite shape. But, in the due passage of time, we gradually take the shape of various living organism and finally acquire the shape of a human. Eventually, we descend on Earth with a new form, where our acts and development with the external world are being programmed with an amenable state, convenient to confront and adapt with the external world. The impulses we received in the fetus, acting as a reflection of the external world and virtually enabled us to accommodate with the available circumstances we confront. Naturally, we surprisingly observe, the current generation is utterly different in quality, as the quantity also affected by and large, in connection with our changed corporate fashion of lifestyle. The present generation is evidently having a gap in terms of attitude and propensity, comparing with the generation of ten or twenty years back. Often, we fail to analyze this contradiction of generations in a sensible fashion with a scientific approach. We feel ourselves alienated from them. A sort of jealousy, animosity and antagonism surfaced, resulting to be entangled with confrontation and chaos in the social order. Plethora of untoward incidents and inhuman activities emerged in the society, resulting to trigger with a new warfare, where enemy is who, cannot be at all determined. Thus, a scenario of civil war unfortunately surfaced, triggering ourselves to be engaged in killing our own people, unable to realize they are utterly a new species, in terms of mindset and ideology.
Our craving for only profit and expansion of market with new technological innovations are responsible for creating such faux pas. Though, it is inevitable and unavoidable, as long our profit oriented motivation engulfs us.
We need to make a reorientation of our ideological as well construction of social fabric, where not mere profit, but humanity should be the subject of paramount to ponder. Unless we give importance to humanity, which is by and large eroding, owing to the paramountcy of technology, removing even human touch in terms of monetary transactions is breeding senseless activities and removing the sense of qualms from the society drastically. It is day by day eclipsing us and our vision is getting blurred. We need to have a vision with an aim to cause betterment to human beings by reducing the gulf of difference among us, which is day by day increasing, engendering a new species with in the same species. This new species cannot stay alone and they inevitably attached with another one, same as him to form a complex configuration, enough to cause confusion, chaos and mayhem in an available society. To channelize this energy with a positive attitude for making beneficial effect to the society, we need to introspect and take sensible pragmatic measures in order to get rid of such vices, which are almost crippling our society.
Migration like propensity should be dealt with a sincere and sensible approach and restricting this inclination is necessary, while forming a bonding with reconciliation approach is equally important with love and amity, though abstract in nature, but capable to reduce the decaying tendency by forming a new qualitative and quantitative value, having no resemblance with the past. As we all are in motion, our vision should be equally aligned with the motion, keeping in view of the experience of the past, which will act as an essential tool to form such healthy synergy, ensuring a congenial milieu, where mankind can thrive by restoring its pristine essence and lovely hues.
Instead of roaming aimlessly, we can anchor with a purpose and solidarity will develop, paving the way for human civilization to thrive, not to decay ignominiously.
