Once a Project leader made a promise to his associates, that if you all sincerely serve me to assist in my aspiration and after I may succeed, I am promising you, I will give you the share of profits as reward to you all. Accordingly, his associates all delivered their utmost effort and eventually they achieved success. But, surprisingly, the leader ignored to give the share to his associates as he has promised. His associates became too disheartened, but have no choice apart from sticking with him, as they all cannot quit the job out of deception only.
Later, few months passed, and the project leader got another assignment and he once more urged his associates to deliver their effort and in return he will offer them the share of the profits as rewards. His fellow associate did not much excite by his promise this time but engaged themselves, obviously with less enthusiasm, resulting the yields not favorable for the project leader. The leader, then asked to them, ” why did not you all apply your effort as before?” They replied,” our previous experience did not reflect any assurance from your end regarding the promise you made. So, we did not find such enthusiasm to work, making it successful as before.”
So, once being cheated, people tend to lose their vigor and inevitably there will be a change in quality in accordance to the reflection they acquired from their past experience. Thus, a change what we observe, is necessarily a reflection, where qualitative change is the synthesis of an action being performed in the past. Past will never emerge with the same consequence and neither one can go back to his former state from where a new synthesis being emanated. Though we cannot rule out, how past propound on us and how intricately we are attached with the past, unable to comprehend, there is always a process engendered from the past and ushering to gain a new way of dispensation where hardly past have any reminiscence. The qualitative and quantitative changes are the outcome in the present with a new momentum, giving us an understanding about how we all like in fluid and how we all are moving in motion.
Changes, an inevitable process, we human are accustomed with, since inception of forming life on Earth. A sperm being inserted in an ovum and a after a zygote being formed, it is considered to be in a foreign body and in every moment it is striving to thrive, are confronting with manifold of changes. Thus, an in- built mechanism on us facilitate us to adapt with the changes, as well initiate changes, making the ambiance favorable for us to thrive. So, right from mother’s fetus, we tend to receive impulses of mother, which are primarily designed by the external world, and to be adapted with it is a natural phenomenon, which we are accustomed as an in-built one within us.
Now, moment a child is born, his lungs started to work by inhaling oxygen, apparently a foreign element. Simultaneously, releasing carbon dioxide in the milieu he is upbringing with, a foreign milieu itself!
Now, being a social animal, man adapts with various circumstances and comfortably strives with a stride, emphatically reveals his entity. Making the environment congenial to him, he has to adapt with numerous ploy, making the ambiance favorable to him.
Thus, an in-built mechanism enables him to accommodate with manifold of changes, which could be organic as well inorganic in nature. However, we will be confused, if we mix up organic and inorganic and draw a parallel accordingly.
In the social fabric, when couples are unable to bear a child owing to physical deformation, they tend to adapt with various means, entirely designed by their innovative trait, to keep a continuity of hereditary lineage by In vitro fertilization, surrogacy and adoption. All are primarily based on the preview of property relation and its orientation, despite we cannot rule out, alacrity and emotional requirements are equally of great paramount, which is the very basis of their entity as human beings.

Basically, these changes, what people laid for are no longer their own creation. This creation and procreation is the natural phenomenon which reflects on their faculty. Nature honestly produces reflections and these are being assimilated by people by virtue of their sensory organs. Various means of signals, like sound, color, waves etc. all makes an impact and produce reflections, out of which it is inevitable for them to react.
Inductive and deductive, these two methods are being exercised by human beings as a natural instinct out of the reflections it receives, ushering various changes in the society. However, we cannot rule out that, it is the human brain, the supreme manifestation of its utmost development, comparing to other living beings, which can even identify atomic and sub-atomic particles and waves.
If we are desirous to catch hold strongly of anything through hand, it is the brain which ultimately sends signals to our hand to act accordingly.
Now, idea, a matter is a synthesis of the reflection of nature, society and thought, being produced in brain owing to the reflection. It is a spiral process, where nature dictates and we unfortunately become the poor victims, unable to disintegrate thought from the matter. Our reflections in brain are primarily guided by the impact of these three elements, resulting us to react accordingly. But, unless we eliminate thought from matter by observing the limitations of other two elements and promote thought with an additional dimension, after being synthesized about its process of evolving and accordingly take the initiatives with a conscious effort, analyzing the traditional metamorphosis and making an inference with its eventuality, we cannot get rid of such spiral phenomena. Judging the fate of the matter, whether it is in developing or in decaying process, and as nature is blind unlike us, we alone can make a synergy out of our ability to eliminate thought from matter and instead of being guided and dictated by only blind reflection of nature, we can change the fate of the matter with utter analyzing method of our own and make a linier innovation of own, quite different from the traditional reflection of nature, where determine emphatically about its ultimate culmination.
Naturally, it is a new envisions being derived from our intellect, as an outcome of the reflection, being produced by the matter and consequently, we the supreme species of this planet can redefine life by promoting new meaning and life to a matter. Thus, idea, as a matter, could be evolved with new dimension.
So, the change, what we consider as the only constant, could be interpreted with new dimension, extending our vision with new vistas, ushering mankind to progress in a larger spectrum, serving humanity to thrive with hues, most attractive and a new law of attraction will proliferate with more vigor, serving humanity to a larger extent, helping to eliminate anarchy, and loss of numerous innocent lives, which are sadly being pruned prior to its bloom.
Across the world, we noticed, how dastardly humanity is being slayed. By the name of disgraceful ideology and fanatic religious beliefs, or expansion of market with unrestrained greed and hankering for profits and opulence, untoward incidents are in rise. A continuous process to initiate a gulf of difference by the help of technology, vigorously creating a strong grudge between poor and rich. Unable to mitigate this difference, engendering atrocities and enormous plight among the majority, who are largely deprived for this unfair design crafted by men alone. Now, the people who are the beneficiary of this opulence, by the help of technology, unknowingly digging their own ditch. Social media, digital media, or new media playing the role of the catalyst, disseminating this gulf of difference in terms of livelihood, triggering a sizeable section of the people to resort to ignominious activities, impregnated with hatred. They are targeting hotels, resorts, airports, shopping places, where they considered as the place of brazen display of opulence. However, instead of scaling down the disparity, they are propagating messages of jealousy, despise in more ignominious fashion, sometimes resorting to the doctrine of religious travesty and causing mayhem.
So, the reflection what nature may produce, are equally blind as that of nature and unless we are capable to discriminate natural reflection with our thought and enable the thought like matter to extrapolate with new vision, doing betterment to the available society and serving humanity, the conventional reflection of nature will go on, producing catastrophe, making our cerebral numb, and a counterproductive proposition will emerge, declaring another war, where equally innocents will be the softest prey.
So, in a social fabric, if we can accommodate a change by accepting surrogacy, I.V.F., and even adoption, where a new sense of D.N.A. will evolve, changing the society by breaking the traditional beliefs and practices, ushering a new hope and ambition, focusing on only humanity, why can’t we eliminate such social vices, which are cropping up with a considerable pace, devastating the very fabric of harmony and peace of our society?
Finally, we can conclude, that, it is the human brain, which receives all reflections through our lenses and it alone have the capacity to perceive even atomic and sub-atomic particles, which we cannot see in our naked eyes.it is the brain where all actions and reactions works and from there only we derive a new design, where we promote life to a matter and redefine it by virtue of our superior quality. We cannot rule out, past having a tendency to propound on us. But, the maternity home of change is brain. We cannot go back to past and the present is the qualitative change of past, a totally different configuration, having no resemblance with the past. So, the quality, quantity relation is the basic structure, from where none can go back to its former state, rather enter to a new emerging world, despite the reminiscence character of the past is present, try to overbear on present, unless we eliminate the matter from our thought process, analyzing it in to the light of present context.
In the womb of the mother, we experience from uni-cellular to multi-cellular, all from of evolution. We can analyze, why from fish to reptiles and even bird being evolved and in what condition, and what are the weird traits we are possessing, unless we act scientifically. If our observation, our diligence, our labor and toil can enable us to infer with such positive magnitude, we must not try to foil us by beckoning our own jeopardy, out of reacting to mere natural reflections, which is spiral in nature. We may thus only confine ourselves in a whirlpool, only indulging ourselves to decay, a transformation, which alone can cause only harm, disgrace and even obliterate this unique creature of nature from this planet.
So, change for the sake of humanity only, not just for profit, lucre and wealth.
