Human civilization has experienced how a unicellular evolved to multi-cellular and how complexity prevails on simplicity. Cell division is a process, which is a living example of genesis. Life and death is a process, carrying the continuity of cells and how it evolves, making a continuous changes to the development of civilization as a whole.
Apoptosis is a process of programmed cell death, which occurs in multi cellular organism, a striking phenomena, ensuring life to thrive with vigor. But if cell division occurs irregularly, ignoring normal process, then dead cells will remain as immortal cells, resulting immortals to be conglomerated, emerging as tumors in a body politic. From benign to malignant, a process being developed, resulting an immature death or bring catastrophe to the body politic. Fringe element, but can ruin the body politic amazingly!
If Apoptosis ceased, then it will follow two pathways. One lead to Tumors, and other, more fatal, known as Necrosis, causing cell death. Intracellular materials being scattered, as not being digested, discharging to the host body, and causing fatal impact, leading to the collapsing to the entire system.
Now, in case of “Ideas”, which are also matter and fluid in nature, flows incessantly in an available social fabric. It derives from the society we are dwelling and the reflections we receive from nature are the mere outcome of the reflection, which we termed as “innovation”.
“Ideas” being equally percolated in an available social fabric, and if Apoptosis failed, then it will inevitably help to engender various fringe “Ideas” and “Groups”, equal to that of tumors. In due course of time, owing to various external conditions, it can equally transform gradually from benign to malignant, causing fatal impact to an available social fabric.
In lieu of Apoptosis, if “Necrosis” follows, then it will generate dead cells, not being digested in the inherent system, intra cellular materials will be scattered and causing fatal system failure, resulting mayhem to the society.
We have noticed various fringe elements, militant and extremist outfits, their ideology and its impact to the society are how detrimental.
Equally, in a business organization, the process of systemic growth if not being properly followed, if the motivational and commendation mechanism not executed effectively, then the workforce will not deliver their optimum output and the growth and prosperity of an organization will be disrupted. Various fringe groups will generate within the organization, all will be aiming for their vested interests, bringing disrepute to the organization. Besides, proper growth process if not being followed, customers’ demands and satisfaction if not taken into account seriously, innovative measures are not being focused with a customer centric attitude, then it will inevitably pave the way for the extinction of an organization. In Fortune 500 companies, number of esteemed organizations are now being entirely obliterated, owing to such shortcomings, a catastrophe they experienced, equal to that of “Necrosis”.
Now, the most pertinent question is why Apoptosis abruptly stop functioning? In the business world also, the reason is not obvious. In Economic affairs, we evidently observe, a product being produce, corresponds with two different values. One is exchange value, other one is its application value. The exchange value is quite obscure and abstract in nature, and I guess, none can effectively deduce yet, how long it will work and sustain. When a new one will lead to oblivion the existing one? How conflict of interests will pave the way for bringing disrepute and extinction of an organization? But the primary rule it follows to sustain is the phenomena, what we observe in nature, where change is the only constant. Accordingly, various adaptive measures enable us to accustom and accommodate with the changes we confront with, resulting us to sustain in the market.
In the social fabric, different organizations, such as, political, religious, economic, philanthropic, etc. used to work in accordance to their structural format, which usually generated from the available social texture. Various ideologies flourishes and the organizational set up accordingly exercised their respective principles in order to reach to the helm of their aspiration.
But, on contrary, we have noticed, within these ideologies, a contradiction developed, resulting to generate an additional growth, having the potential and tendency to disintegrate from its parental organization, and surprisingly, in some cases they constitute an antagonistic platform too, to combat the ideological differences and having an inclination to emerge victorious by nullifying the other.
Idea and counter Idea, a flowing process, causing multiple impacts and ushering an upheaval in the available social fabric.
Globalization and DE globalization, for example, a synthesis being generated from the recent “Brexit” uproar and the consecutive development with a dimension, favoring disengagement from an existing process and political and economic system, is ushering the De globalization and disintegration syndrome. It is apparently difficult to predict the fate of this development. However, it is almost having the resemblance of the destiny of the cells, where apoptosis ceased to perform, and having every possibility to generate Necrosis like feature to reveal. A toxicity, which may permeate and affect the entire body politic, resulting a catastrophic impact to the existing body politic.
Now, what is pertinent to ponder by observing such process, which element is responsible to engender such catastrophe? How it devastates the D.N.A. Structure and causes such disaster? If we can resolve this issue, I guess, we can ensure peace, harmony, and save our planet from an impending disaster. After all, we all love our dear planet “Earth” with its varied flora and fauna, a bounty with an inexhaustible beauty! Let us promote our sensible endeavor to save our planet ”Earth”, save our posterity from such catastrophic blow!
